Records from Scopus, OpenAlex, Crossref and ORCID are matched, merged and enriched with Scimago journal quartiles. The research office works from one list instead of reconciling five exports.
Each researcher is linked to their ORCID and Scopus identifiers and re-synced on a schedule. Metrics, quartile mix and a research fingerprint drawn from abstracts update without anyone typing them in.
Co-authored papers are resolved to partner countries, so international collaboration shows up as evidence for ranking submissions and partnership reviews rather than as an estimate.
